Céline Dion in Arras!
After 25 years of career and 200 million albums sold, Céline Dion is coming back to France after a gap of 10 years. The Quebec singer has decided to perform in 3 cities for her tour “TAKING CHANCES”: Paris, Arras and Nice. She will do a concert at Arras’ Main Square on July 7th 2008 at 8.30 pm.
