Sorry for the late reply... Well, France is the country that has the highest variety of dishes in the world! :-) So yes, you can find many dishes WITH and WITHOUT cheese! (we have more than 400 varieties of cheese). By the way, each region has its own dishes, so each region is unique for its cuisine!</description>
