Arras’ Fine Arts Museum

The Saint Vaast Benedictine abbey houses the Fine Arts Museum. The ground floor is dedicated to the archeology and medieval era while the first floor offers an exquisite overview of the French, Flemish and Dutch painting of the XVII century. The second floor offers an overview of the landscape painting in France in the XIX century and of the historical painting as well.

A collection of ceramics is also presented on the same floor, as well as the Arras porcelain and the one of Tournai. The museum is open everyday from 9.30 am to 12.00 and from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm except on Tuesdays and public holidays. The entrance has a small fee. 22, rue Paul Doumer 62 000 Arras.
